Modern Slavery Statement
SISQS Ltd · Company No. 12165409 · Last reviewed: 10 August 2026
Our commitment
SISQS Ltd makes this statement voluntarily, in the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Modern slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking have no place in our business or our supply chains, and as a company whose work is workforce screening and compliance, we hold ourselves to the standards we help clients meet.
Our business
SISQS combines compliance consultancy (ISO, SIA ACS, COP119, SSIP, health and safety) with a compliance platform covering supplier onboarding, BS7858 screening, inductions, training, monitoring and audit evidence. Our clients operate in security, construction, facilities management, labour supply and related sectors where labour-exploitation risks are recognised.
What we do
- We verify identity and Right to Work for our own staff, and our platform helps hundreds of client businesses do the same for theirs.
- Screening built around BS7858 surfaces the employment-history anomalies that can indicate coerced or trafficked labour.
- We carry out due diligence on our own suppliers and expect them to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
- Any concern raised by staff, clients or suppliers is investigated, and we will end relationships with any organisation involved in modern slavery.
